i thought i’d share some of the pretty things catching my eye around the interwebs today. i’ve been down with a cold, and these bright pops of colour brightened my day. are any of you having a wintery gray day? maybe this will brighten your day as well.

christmas 2010 Toast UK catalogue
you expected this, right? i mean, i can’t resist any Toast UK catalogue. but Toast UK+Christmas? ahhh, lovely. this Christmas edition is absolutely dreamy. i’m perusing it while eating gluten-free pumpkin scones, but now after seeing all these Christmas-y pictures, i am feeling an immediate need to go make some hot cocoa or peppermint tea.

you’ve not grown tired of hearing me rave about the images Toast UK reveals every season, have you? good. because i’m about to gush once again over their brilliant photography and styling. the fact that they’ve just released the winter catalogue certainly doesn’t tone down my enthusiasm. here in northern california, it’s still hitting 90 degrees. not ok for mid-october, says i. so how about some swirling snow, crisp air, and wooly sweaters to get our minds off the heat?

ohh, i absolutely love Toast UK. i seriously treat the pages from these catalogues like art — i have hung them up on the walls, covered tiny boxes, wrapped gifts, created notebook covers, collages, and mailing labels. the spring edition, which just came out, couldn’t make me happier! lovely!
