New mercies, oh, that’s not just a theory to her. It’s not just a nebulous concept. Mercy washes over her — over all of us! — every single morning, and she lives this, through and through.

Let’s be like her.

Let’s have childlike hearts.

And let’s walk into the morning of this New Year joyously, our hearts bursting with hope.
