This latest round of hats is all about bright colors, perfect for brightening up the October gloom.
And see those gray and pink stripes? I’m in the middle of experimenting with something I haven’t put in the shop before…a gnome-style wee willie winkie cap! It will, of course, have an owl. :-)

Oooh, it is so fun to see photos of people wearing items you’ve made! You creative people know what I mean. :-)
This particular hat was a custom order for a yellow-striped hat incorporating both an owl and an anchor. Of course, I couldn’t help but dub him “The Seafaring Owl”.

Well, when Tina — an old family friend, miltary wife, and babywearing, cloth-diapering mama of 3 — asked me if I wanted to sell a line of natural-fiber hats on the site, of course I said yes!
